Job DescriptionJob Title: MSL Manager for Rare DiseasesWe are seeking an experienced MSL Manager to lead our team of Medical Science Liaisons in the rare disease area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years of experience as an MSL, and leadership experience within field medical affairs.
The MSL Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the effective communication of scientific information to healthcare professionals. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive medical strategies and enhance stakeholder relationships.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of Medical Science Liaisons in the rare disease area
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support medical strategies
- Ensure effective communication of scientific information to healthcare professionals
- Manage multiple tasks and resources concurrently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive medical strategies and enhance stakeholder relationships
- Pharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL for at least 5 years
- Leadership experience within field medical affairs
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations regarding product promotion, scientific exchange, and healthcare practitioner guidelines
- Excellent written, verbal, and face-to-face communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resources concurrently
