Northeastern University's Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships Program is a two-year experiential program designed to advance lifelong learning and education for PharmD graduates. The program's success relies on preparing fellows to meet the ongoing workforce needs in various industry areas.

Our program offers a dynamic academic environment, providing fellows with a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Developing teaching skills through participation in our Teaching and Learning Seminar series.
  • Facilitating small and large group didactic education in partnership with a faculty mentor.
  • Creating, presenting, and publishing scholarly research through collaborative industry and university relationships.
  • Engaging with faculty who participate in various interdisciplinary projects.
  • Networking with area residents and other Northeastern fellows via professional development programs, teaching seminars, and participation on fellowship committees.

Responsibilities

As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will:

  • Develop and execute above-market traditional and digital tactics, including associated content, KPI development/tracking, and associated platforms.
  • Support the development of annual strategic brand plans and tactical plans, collaborating with cross-functional partners to gain input and alignment on key brand strategies, tactics, and performance.
  • Monitor, manage, and execute PBC brand strategy, including positioning and messaging, and recommend refinements and updates.
  • Lead the conception and development of key promotional tactics and materials in partnership with the agency of record and key cross-functional partners.
  • Participate in the US Promotional Review Committee process as project owner.
Rare Liver Marketing Operations

You will:

  • Build and maintain a marketing calendar, ensuring inputs from the marketing team are incorporated and presented at monthly team meetings.
  • Work with brand teams to monitor Key Performance Indicators, measure, and report, and review monthly with the full marketing team for reporting upwards.
  • Support improved analytics reporting processes, working closely with the analytics team.
  • Identify needs for marketing and field teams, propose action plans to meet those needs with stakeholder endorsement, and support special projects related to various rare business unit initiatives.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution, eligible for licensure as a pharmacist in the State of Massachusetts.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication, time management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative on various projects.
