Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the IBD Strategy and Brand Marketing teams to develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the development and execution of educational P2P efforts, including speaker programs, speaker training, and speaker deck content development.
  • Lead partnerships with field leadership in corresponding geography to optimize and tailor pull-through of marketing strategies.
  • Gather insights on key geographical market drivers, HCP influence points, competitive landscape, provider dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Provide in-depth insights to inform marketing strategy, resource optimization, and tactic development that drives brand performance.
  • Oversee the direction and deliverables of multiple external vendors, ensuring internal stakeholder alignment across agency partners, PRT, medical affairs, compliance, and IT.
  • Generate insights from healthcare providers (HCPs) to inform brand strategies, tactics, and resource development.
  • Execute advisory boards and consultant meetings to gain insights that inform brand and disease state strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate on regional engagement plans for external experts and ensure consistent tactical execution to drive key marketing engagement.
  • Support IBD congress strategy, planning, and execution, including booth design, product theaters, and sponsorships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years customer-facing pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience (field sales, product marketing, medical or clinical experience in the same or related therapeutic area).
  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: clinical liaison, thought leader management, marketing or clinical experience in the same or related therapeutic area with experience in creating marketing strategies, plans, and tactics.
  • Clinical experience in IBD, specialty Biologics, and/or rare disease strongly preferred.
  • Thought leader or demonstrated key opinion leader (KOL) leadership experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of consistent achievement or exceeding expectations in assigned responsibilities, goals, objectives, and any other relevant metrics, especially involving cross-functional matrix teams.
  • Previous experience in multiple commercial functions.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and similar applications.
  • Ability to execute against strategic/tactical plans under tight timelines.
  • Exceptional clinical/business acumen.
  • Adaptable to changing internal and external environments.
