Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team at Colliers Engineering & Design. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of proposals and statements of qualifications, as well as coordinating with project managers and the project team to gather necessary information and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers and proposal managers to meet all RFP/RFQ requirements and deadlines, ensuring timely completion and delivery of submissions.
  • Create and update resumes and project descriptions, utilizing knowledge of SF330 Forms and NYDOT Qualifications.
  • Assist with special assignments as needed, maintaining and updating the CRM database (Unanet).
  • Clearly communicate with technical staff regarding RFP/RFQ details, schedules, and action items.
  • Prepare and coordinate proposals and presentations from initial stages to final production and delivery, adhering to corporate standards for external marketing communications.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of procurement and RFP/SOQ processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe programs.
  • Relationship management and business acumen.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a heavy workload based on tight deadlines.
