Job Title: Health Market Department Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance, and overall profitability.
  • Coordinate the delivery of innovative and high-quality products at competitive retail prices.
  • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, discipline, and evaluate department employees.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage department budgets and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Collaborate with store directors and other department managers to achieve store goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 3 years of previous related work experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:

This position is exposed to a variety of conditions, including dirt, noise, temperature extremes, and cleaning chemicals.

This is a fast-paced work environment that requires flexibility and adaptability.
