Job Summary:

The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Registration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration of Patient Demographics: Accurately and efficiently register patients, including collecting and verifying demographic information.
  • Document Scanning: Scan all documents associated with registration completion into patient charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Front Desk Support: Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating systems and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Team Support: Assist other offices with coverage issues when needed, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
