Project Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Reliability Engineer I to join our team at Saint-Gobain. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute projects to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and implement new or modified equipment, machines, or processes to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Perform calculations and cost estimates of mechanical systems.
- Update and maintain current documentation of specifications, drawings, and safety procedures.
- Apply Six Sigma principles, tools, and methods to improve quality and reduce defects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 2+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with identifying root cause and failure analysis.
- Ability to develop and implement improvement projects.
- Proven ability in problem analysis and resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced computer skills with emphasis in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Six Sigma experience and working knowledge is a plus.
