Job Description

At Saint-Gobain, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Reliability Engineer I to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute projects to improve process efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze data to inform project decisions and track progress
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including equipment modifications and new process designs
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to non-exempt personnel and line supervisors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in a reliability engineering role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and implement process improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 2D AutoCAD

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $68,700 - $106,300 per year
  • Annual bonus opportunity: 9% of base salary
  • Total target cash range: $74,883 - $115,867
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off
