Orthopedic Territory Sales Representative

CONMED Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Specialist to represent our comprehensive portfolio of orthopedic products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for strategically selling and promoting our products to customers within a defined geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business relationships
- Meet monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas assigned by the company
- Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
- Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service, collaborating with the appropriate CONMED team to develop creative and optimal solutions
- Communicate with senior executives and key decision-makers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with 1-2 years of outside sales experience
- No degree with 4+ years of outside sales experience
- 3+ years of surgical tech or related clinical experience
- Approximately 20% travel required
- Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile
