Job Description

At Gianna, we are committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by executing menu items with precision and dedication.

  • You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining your line station in accordance with our high standards, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to perfection.
  • Consistently execute menu items while following current restaurant recipes and maintaining the highest level of food safety practices.
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist in weekly deep cleaning of the kitchen and maintain aClean and organized station.
  • Develop and improve your knife skills and culinary techniques to increase efficiency and quality in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of kitchen experience or equivalent training.
  • Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety practices.
  • Ability to taste all food at any required moment before and during service.
  • Prioritizes teamwork and communication to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
