Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our leadership and staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, reporting, and HR administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly data entry and reporting requirements for the warehouse.
  • Distribute company information, such as newsletters and employee recognition, to staff.
  • Partner with plant leadership to coordinate and organize employee events.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including new hire onboarding, benefits enrollment, and timekeeping.
  • Uphold and maintain confidentiality.
  • Support payroll processing and timekeeping, and escalate employee relations issues to the HR Business Partner.
  • Maintain front office and warehouse supplies, and assist with ordering and verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including employee file maintenance, data entry, and mail sorting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous timekeeping experience and local and federal payroll knowledge preferred.
  • Accounts-payable experience preferred.
  • Previous office management or administrative coordinator experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Intermediate computer skills in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $23 to $33 hourly. Salary ranges may vary based on skill sets, experience, and other factors.
