Job Title: Operations Manager

College Track is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day site operations, including administrative, people and culture, finances, and facilities management.
  • Oversee and ensure that all systems are in place and plan for site operations in a way that brings order and stability to the team.
  • Develop and maintain an environment that reflects College Track's culture, brand, and mission.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to build a strong site culture that is representative of College Track.
  • Support our students by working with them in-person 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Monday - Friday.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience managing the operations of an organization, school, or program.
  • Minimum 4-year college degree.
  • Depth of experience in managing day-to-day site operations, including office management, finance, technology, and facilities.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled in analyzing and reporting data.
  • Comfortable serving as the IT point of contact, assisting staff with issues.
