ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Overview
We are looking for a courteous and professional Administrative Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will handle both incoming and outgoing communications, assisting clients in understanding their requirements and offering effective solutions to ensure a positive experience with our organization.

The ideal candidate should possess a friendly demeanor, be proficient with technology, adaptable, a collaborative team member, dedicated to task completion, and capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.

Bilingual Requirement: Proficient in conversational English and Spanish

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage incoming calls and initiate outgoing calls
  • Determine the purpose of the customer’s call, gather pertinent information, and offer solutions
  • Utilize established scripts for various customer service inquiries
  • Promote products and services when suitable
  • Employ effective customer service techniques to foster rapport and build relationships
  • Record all customer interactions accurately
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in a Call Center or similar role is advantageous
  • Outstanding phone and verbal communication abilities
  • Knowledge of active listening techniques
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and financial software
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Highly organized with effective project prioritization and time management skills
