Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified Instructional Support Specialist II Substitute Pool- Child Development to join our team at El Monte City School District. The successful candidate will provide instructional support to students in a child development setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide instructional support to students in a child development setting.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and implementation.
- Support students with special needs.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 12 units of Early Childhood Education coursework with a passing grade of C or better.
- Driver's license with transportation and insurance.
- TB and Immunization clearance.
- Ability to pass the El Monte City School District Proficiency Test.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual-Biliterate-Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin/Cantonese.
