The Hardware Configuration Specialist is responsible for setting up hardware according to client-approved specifications and managing all logistics operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and configure hardware based on customer specifications.
  • Conduct troubleshooting for embedded device hardware, firmware issues, and updates.
  • Collaborate with team members to address technical challenges while sharing insights on trending issues and best practices.
  • Plan and oversee packaging, shipping, and logistics for products, both nationally and internationally.
  • Ensure all orders are shipped on time according to established schedules.
  • Coordinate logistics tasks between the main office and manufacturing facilities, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Perform monthly inventory audits and implement corrective measures to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor material levels during transit to minimize backorders and delays while avoiding excess stock on less popular items.
  • Communicate timely updates to clients regarding shipments and order delays; liaise with vendors for logistics and product procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations for all imports and maintain quality control for received and shipped products.
  • Maintain precise monthly inventory records and ensure the organization of the warehouse.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing circumstances effectively.

Education and Experience:

Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in warehouse or technical support roles.

1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or ERP systems.

Experience with CRM systems, such as Zoho, is preferred.


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to [specify weight, e.g., 50 pounds] regularly.
  • Capability to maneuver carts, pallet jacks, or other wheeled equipment.
  • Agility and coordination for safe navigation within the warehouse environment.

Work Environment:

This is a fully in-office position. The typical work environment is an office setting with standard office conditions. Employees may occasionally encounter varying conditions, such as outdoor weather. The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet to moderate.
