Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

APN Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support or office management.
  • Proven experience as an office manager, front office manager, receptionist, or administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, in particular).
