Job Overview

Platform Accounting Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our front office team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our accounting staff and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to our team, including data entry, document management, and project coordination.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of professional office experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Independent worker and learner, with willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to self-manage projects, with proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
