Administrative Coordinator

Platform Accounting Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our front office team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our accounting staff and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to our team, including data entry, document management, and project coordination.
- Easily adapt to new technology and systems, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff via email and phone, scheduling meetings and managing projects.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of professional office experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Independent worker and learner, with willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to self-manage projects, with proactive problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
