Key Responsibilities:- Windows Server Internals and Linux Fundamentals: You will have a deep understanding of Windows Server internals and Linux fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, AD, and server replication methods.
- Data RAID and Backup: You will be responsible for understanding data RAID, data backup uses and technologies, and ensuring the integrity of our data storage systems.
- Software Installation and Configuration: You will install and configure software applications requested by end users, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Cybersecurity and Compliance: You will work closely with our Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements and provide documentation and training on advanced IT processes and procedures.
- Travel and Onsite Work: You will be required to travel to other US Domestic locations as business needs dictate, up to 10% of the time, and work full-time onsite.
- Education and Experience: You will have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of prior relevant experience.
- Security Clearance: You will be required to obtain a Department of Defense Directive (DoDD) 8140 / 8570 Certification requirements (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification) within 6 months of start date.
- Technical Skills: You will have experience with Linux or Windows, Active Directory, VMware, MySQL, networking administration, and other relevant technologies.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 USD - $179,000 USD, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
