Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator/Executive Assistant to join our team at Managed Staffing. This is an on-site role with potential for assignment extension and/or conversion to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, handle internal and external communications, coordinate events and meetings (set up Zoom, conference rooms, venues).
  • Prepare meeting agendas, complete expense reports, and perform general administrative duties.
  • Required Skills: Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite skills, Zoom and Teams working knowledge, SharePoint platform, note-taking.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of current/recent senior-level administrative/executive assistance experience.
  • Education: High School Diploma plus some college.
