Human Resources Specialist

Leads Human Capital Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation programs/services for the HR Division
Leads coordination and reporting on all HR Office input to the Inspector General (OIG) related inquiries and report matters.
As assigned by the HR Director and Deputy Director, coordinates, implements, and reports special projects responding to Human Capital Management Evaluation requirements and recommendations. Serves as key advisor on all HR related Human Capital Plan management, evaluations and services.
Conducts research and special studies and analysis to support principal HR advisory services and program operations as needed.
Coordinates and reports status related to quality assurance matters.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
Specialized Experience for GS-14:
Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience at the next lower grade (equivalent to the GS-13 grade level) in the Federal Service. Specialized experience for this position includes all of the following: - Knowledge of and demonstrated experience developing and implementing human capital plans for an organization;
- Demonstrated experience leading human resources evaluations;
- Experience writing federal HR policies and procedures;
- Knowledge of federal HR functional operations, programs and services.
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-13 is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-1 level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
