Position Overview

AMTRACO, a prominent holding organization located in Franksville, WI, manages the shared services of HR, IT, and Finance across its diverse business units. The company encompasses four primary operational segments:

  • EPSI – dedicated to distribution within the surface finishing sector on a global scale.
  • STM – a producer of pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.
  • FAST – focused on the distribution of tapes and associated products for various sectors.
  • SBM – involved in commercial real estate investment and leasing activities.

Opportunity for a Marketing Manager

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to spearhead a variety of marketing initiatives, digital strategies, lead generation efforts, and market analysis.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of impactful marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Investigate both organic and paid acquisition strategies for maximum outreach.
  • Develop engaging content for digital platforms and social media to captivate target demographics.
  • Forge strategic alliances within the industry.
  • Effectively manage the marketing budget.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze consumer trends to optimize marketing approaches.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated marketing experience with a strong desire to learn.
  • Proven ability to engage industrial audiences through compelling campaigns.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and Google AdWords.
  • Strong numerical skills coupled with creative communication abilities.
  • Awareness of contemporary online marketing trends and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
