Position Summary

  • Direct the e-commerce strategy of the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Commercial and/or Sales Manager.
  • Familiarity with business development and marketing principles.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the pressure-sensitive adhesives sector.
  • Experience in managing a CRM system.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, administration, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Skills to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and customers.
