About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Manager to join our team at Spire Collective. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns across digital channels to support our core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize our digital advertising campaigns, with a focus on Amazon and Google.
  • Support the successful rollout of new products through planning, managing, and implementing digital advertising campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Own, analyze, and communicate customer, campaign, ads, and sales behavior, turning data into actionable insights to increase sales.
  • Identify new opportunities, tools, and methods to grow and engage customers to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Continuously test and improve our digital advertising strategies through detailed tracking, analyzing, and reporting.
  • Serve as our in-house expert on advertising analytics and share knowledge with colleagues throughout the company.

Requirements

  • Bring a strong analytical side - you can review data, uncover trends, and use formulas and calculations to determine which campaigns are performing.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention-to-detail and persistence to extrapolate meaning and business context from large datasets.
  • Bring a flexible and adaptable attitude to change focus when necessary.
  • Be a motivated self-starter, hungry to find ways to contribute and get things going without a high level of management oversight.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience driving positive results in paid performance and digital advertising.
  • Experience developing, managing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns in Amazon Seller Central (3P).
  • Demonstrated excellence in creating and applying analysis of data and statistical trends.
  • Deep understanding of elements of successful online retail business and ability to design, launch and optimize online advertising campaigns.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of business and marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and improving those to achieve core business objectives.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written and visual communication skills.
  • Desire to test and learn new tools and technologies.
  • Bonus: enjoy the outdoors and understand outdoor products.
