Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to understand our target audience, competition, and industry trends.
- Develop and implement advertising strategies tailored to each center's geography, sales focus, and market segment.
- Perform keyword research and implement keyword strategies to enhance ad visibility and click-through rates.
- Conduct comprehensive audience research to identify key demographics, interests, and online behavior.
- Create persuasive and eye-catching ad copy for digital advertising campaigns.
- Craft ad content that resonates with our target audience and adheres to our brand's tone and style.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and creative teams to develop visually engaging ad creatives.
- Set up and configure advertising campaigns on various digital advertising platforms.
- Monitor and optimize ongoing advertising campaigns to achieve performance goals and objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns using analytics and reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in digital advertising, including campaign setup and management.
- Exceptional ad copywriting skills with a flair for actionable, audience-focused messaging.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Strong understanding of keyword research and SEO principles.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize for success.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in advertising analytics and reporting tools.
- Annual base salary in the $55,000- $65,000/ year range based on experience.
- Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.
