Sales and Account Manager Job Description

Bridget Morgan LLC is expanding its team and seeking a talented Sales and Business Development - Account Manager to join our New York metro area office. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading staffing and recruiting company that has expanded into Connecticut, New York, Florida, and North Carolina.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT staffing sales or recruiting, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. They should have solid prospecting and account development abilities, with success in selling and closing complex transactions in a B2B environment.

A competitive salary and commission-based compensation structure make this a direct hire opportunity. As a self-motivated and driven individual, you will spend at least 75% of your time engaged in outside sales activities, developing account sales plans, identifying prospects, and securing new business.
