We are seeking a Sales and Recruiting Specialist to join our team at Bridget Morgan LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, establishing, and building upon new and existing accounts, adding our company to vendor lists, generating solid requisitions for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. A BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our compensation structure includes a competitive salary and commission-based incentives.
