About the Role

Catalent is a global leader in the development and delivery of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and consumer health products. We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Manager to join our team in Madison, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and implement automation solutions for our manufacturing processes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with existing processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
  • Strong technical skills in automation technologies, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and robotics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
