About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering Automation Architect to join our team at WPS Health Solutions. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our Testing, Quality Analysis (QA) and Quality Engineering (QE) architectural roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the strategy roadmap for QA and QE teams
  • Provide guidance to QA and QE teams on automated testing and quality tasks
  • Work closely with internal clients, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and developers to recommend, design, and implement effective orchestration of automated solutions
  • Develop and maintain automated capabilities, including setup of test systems and development of required logic and controller programs
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to Department of Defense restrictions
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-high school and/or related work experience
  • 5 or more years of related Test Automation and Quality Engineering work experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 or more years of demonstrated development/architecture experience with an emphasis on QA and QE automation
  • CSTAA certification, quality assurance or testing related certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment
  • 5 or more years of quality assurance and automated testing or related experience in the field of Information Technology
