bJob Summary:/bbrbrWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Pharmacy Systems team at PharMerica. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our pharmacy systems, particularly in long-term care (LTC) settings.brbrbKey Responsibilities:/bbrbr Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing on pharmacy systems to ensure they meet functional requirements and are defects-free.br Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts based on system requirements and specifications.br Perform in-depth analysis of new system functionalities and how they relate to new or existing workflow best practices and provide recommendations for their integration.br Identify, document, and track defects using QA tools and methodologies.br Create detailed user and technical documentation for new functionalities, workflows, and system updates.brbrbRequirements:/bbrbr Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.br Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business or QA Analyst, with experience in system testing, quality assurance processes, and workflow design.br Strong experience in quality assurance, workflow analysis, and documentation within the pharmacy or healthcare industry.br Experience in defect and enhancement management, particularly in collaboration with external vendors.brbrbPreferred Qualifications:/bbrbr Experience in the LTC pharmacy industry.br Experience in user experience (UX) design and analysis.br Strong proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and Power BI, with the ability to perform data validation, report verification, and troubleshooting.br Deep understanding of pharmacy workflows, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.br Knowledge of pharmacy system applications, with experience in system configurations and workflow optimization.br Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.br Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and detailed technical documents.br Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.br Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.brbrbAbout PharMerica:/bbrbrPharMerica is a full-service pharmacy solution providing value beyond medication.
