Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of business systems and technology. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and developing new systems or using existing systems in new ways to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding
  • Design and develop new systems or use existing systems in new ways
  • Analyze business partners' operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses
  • Assess available technologies to create development specifications
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures
  • Consult with management and users to determine system needs
  • Design a system to meet business goals
  • Specify inputs and formatting outputs to meet users' needs
  • Oversee implementation, coordinating tests and observing initiation of the system
  • Look for opportunities to improve internal processes and implement measures to control risks
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Business Systems or IT related experience - 2 years
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
