The exceptional talent within our organization is the cornerstone of our inclusive culture and the key to our success in serving clients effectively. At RSM, you will discover an inspiring environment that promotes both personal and professional growth.
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Support tax planning and research related to the Research and Development (R&D) credit and other federal incentives.
- Assist in managing multiple projects concurrently, which includes conducting client interviews, performing calculations, analyzing data, and coordinating resources.
- Contribute to the drafting of opinion letters and the preparation of technical memoranda.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses.
- Play a vital role in driving the success of various R&D and federal credits projects.
- Maintain professional competency through ongoing education and by pursuing additional certifications.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of a B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required, with access to reliable transportation.
- A preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing the CPA exam.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
