Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Federal Tax Associate to join our team. As a Federal Tax Associate, you will work closely with clients to understand their tax needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their tax needs and develop effective tax strategies
  • Prepare and review tax returns, including federal and state tax returns
  • Conduct tax research and analysis to identify opportunities for tax savings
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement tax plans
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working toward the successful completion of the CPA exam
  • Experience with tax software and systems
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
