Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Airgas. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling products to business and industrial establishments, growing sales within existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales in assigned territory by growing sales within existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and implement account penetration plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
