About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including food quality, menu development, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce food quality standards and menu development
  • Support the culinary team and improve kitchen operations
  • Manage kitchen prep lists and monitor completion of checklists
  • Maintain a clean working environment and enforce health code and food safety requirements
  • Oversee catering requests and seasonal menu changes
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef on recipe costing and development

  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
