Job Title: Trauma Recovery Services Project Supervisor

Centerstone is a leading nonprofit behavioral health system with a team of dedicated professionals working to deliver care that changes people's lives. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trauma Recovery Services Project Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Trauma Recovery Services Project Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating team consultation meetings, participating in staff recruiting and hiring, and ensuring that staff receive the necessary orientation and training. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining department referral logs, assigning staff to clients, and coordinating comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate team consultation meetings to ensure efficient office operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Participate in staff recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, and ensure that new staff receive the necessary orientation and training.
  • Maintain department referral logs and assign staff to clients based on their needs.
  • Coordinate comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Lead daily organizational staff meetings and treatment team meetings across multiple counties.
  • Supervise medical records management to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and corporate policies.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide direct clinical treatment for a caseload of clients.
  • Regularly review client records and use reviews as part of clinical supervision and training.
  • Develop and maintain program policies and procedures, and revise as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other staff, community partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in a related field, or a licensed professional (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) per Florida Department of Professional Regulation.
  • Experience collaborating with community partners and working with victims and survivors of trauma.
  • Knowledge of trauma reactions and services, and ability to provide evidence-based and evidence-informed trauma services.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Florida driver's license, current automobile insurance, and a safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of related work experience with trauma survivors.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with excellent management and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to understand and assist staff in meeting program contract requirements.
Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office environment and spends time in outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment settings. The employee may be subject to exposure to individuals who engage in maladaptive behavior.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, with typical hours of work being Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm. The position may require evening and weekend hours, and local travel is required.
