As a Construction Project Supervisor, you will be integral to the successful execution of our custom home projects. Your responsibilities will include managing all on-site operations, collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and skilled tradespeople, while ensuring that our projects uphold the highest levels of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of construction projects from initial planning to final completion.
- Lead and mentor construction teams, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate effectively with the Project Manager to achieve all project objectives and deadlines.
- Implement safety protocols and regulations, fostering a secure work environment for all personnel.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards throughout all projects.
- Identify potential risks and develop effective strategies for mitigation.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction management, particularly in luxury projects valued at $5 million or more.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is advantageous.
