About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Anatomage. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our end-users, promoting a culture of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily operations of our customer support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion, identifying key opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to address and resolve installation and service issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver solutions and tools to customers.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze customer activities, identifying trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement programs to engage, educate, and deliver results against pre-defined measurement criteria.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or customer support, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive business relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and prioritize efficiently.
  • Experience in managing a diverse team and training staff to meet Anatomage's standards.
  • Ability to establish milestones and keep team members on task, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Deep understanding of customer concerns and thoughts regarding the use of Anatomage products, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year, depending on experience and performance.
