Job Summary

As a Sales Executive at MyCareersFuture, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our company's business activities and customers, as well as related trade parties by processing and coordinating related work. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, responding to company general matters, and providing assistance in the service fulfillment process, which includes communicating, handling sales inquiries, tender processing, attending feedback meetings, attending to site matter feedback, following up on trade matters, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of sales, tender, quotation, and other trade documentation to comply with regulatory requirements, client specifications, and company guidelines.
  • Assist in costing calculations and site surveying.
  • Generate prospective leads.
  • Prepare presentation materials and conduct presentations to clients.
  • Manage and process sales opportunities until case closure.
  • Provide customer support for sales via various channels.
  • Coordinate and consolidate information with relevant departments to meet customer/trade party requirements.
  • Manage sales documents/activities with various business portals.
  • Understand and apply operational policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Liaise with operation/client/internal departments for routine matter monitoring.
  • Conduct customer surveys regularly.
  • Maintain and update supplier, sales, and customer records.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of related Sales Administration or relevant experience.
  • Speed and accuracy.
  • Accountability towards tasks.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fair command of various software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents, prepare presentation slides, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Organizing and storing/filing of correspondence, documents, and computer-based information.
  • Handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Market knowledge in Housekeeping, Environmental, Facilities Management is preferred.
  • Time management and planning skills.
