Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete reports and maintain accurate records
  • Share the highlights of the local area with guests and provide recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the property
