Customer Experience Ambassador

Key Responsibilities:
As a Guest Service Expert at Smashburger, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This includes ensuring that each guest receives Gold Standard service, being knowledgeable about all menu items, and making suggestions and answering questions. You will also process POS transactions accurately, follow cash handling procedures, and personalize food delivery to the guest. Additionally, you will visit tables after food delivery to ensure guests have everything they need and maintain a clean restaurant environment at all times.
