Guest Service Support Expert

At Marriott International Inc, we're looking for a Guest Service Support Expert to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job SummaryOur Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that make food and beverage operations run smoothly. Whether setting tables, assisting the kitchen, or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, you'll provide the support that makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service and support in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
- Assist with setting tables, serving food and beverages, and cleaning work areas
- Replenish supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service
- Manage menu items, including reading and verifying information
- Take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No related work experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
