Your Role as an Event Service Supervisor:

  • Lead with Assurance: Guide and inspire a team of event servers, ensuring that service is efficient, professional, and consistently surpasses guest expectations.
  • Manage the Details: Oversee all facets of event logistics, ensuring every component aligns with the client's vision and Boise Centre's standards of excellence.

What We Seek:

  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading teams, particularly in hospitality or event management.
  • Customer Service Expertise: A solid background in delivering top-tier service, with a minimum of three years in the industry.
  • Certification: City of Boise Alcohol Server Certification is mandatory.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Composure Under Pressure: You remain calm and effective, regardless of how busy things become.

Physical Requirements:

  • Event Ready: Capable of carrying and balancing trays at shoulder height, navigating through a busy event space with ease.

  • Stay Active: You'll remain engaged with a variety of tasks as you navigate the event space and assist where needed.
