Compensation: Starting at $17.28 per hour, with adjustments based on experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the security and safety of guests, staff, and the venue during events.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth event operations.
  • Document incidents accurately and manage traffic in service areas.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
  • Monitor safety systems and equipment, providing assistance as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing learning through training and professional organizations.
  • Utilize radio communication effectively for operational needs.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior Experience: Preferred experience in event security or crowd management.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 19 years old due to certain responsibilities involving alcohol.
  • Skills: Knowledge of safety and emergency protocols, ability to remain composed under pressure, CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain), and strong communication skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, operating equipment, and standing for extended periods. Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
