Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our development department, you will be responsible for building relationships with advisors, donors, prospects and volunteers to deepen their loyalty and encourage higher levels of support and involvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Solicit donors and prospects for gifts to advance our mission
- Manage assigned donor, program and/or volunteer portfolio and execute discovery, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship activities
- Steward and recognize donors and volunteers for their investments of time and resources
- Lead assigned development programs and collaborate across the Foundation team to execute strategies and tactics to achieve individual and programmatic results
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 years of fundraising experience
- A Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
- A valid driver's license in good standing
- Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) certification (recommended)
