We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Nurse Resource Pool at Arkansas Children's Hospital. As a member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to children and families. As a Pediatric Nurse Resource Pool Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients, from newborns to adolescents. You'll participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families on disease management and health promotion strategies, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Your passion for delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact in the lives of children and families is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
1+ year of experience as a registered nurse in a pediatric setting
RN license in good standing (Compact State)
Certification in pediatric nursing (CCRN-P) or willingness to obtain within 2 years
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
