Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Marriott La Jolla. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests.
  • Process guest registrations and verify credit card information.
  • Respond to phone calls and retrieve messages for guests.
  • Closing guest accounts and resolving any issues or complaints.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

$43,500 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience.
