Your Role

This full-time position is centered on making a significant impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will utilize your expertise to join an innovative team and create value for our clients. As a Lead Engineer for Reload Licensing & Operations Support, you will be an integral part of the established team within the Fuel Business Unit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delegating tasks to team members while planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the reload licensing and operations support team.
  • Overseeing workflows to ensure that deliverables are safe, high-quality, timely, and within budget constraints.
  • Providing technical guidance on group outputs, facilitating the resolution of technical challenges, and communicating these to relevant stakeholders.
  • Reporting on progress, identifying obstacles, and addressing issues with management.
  • Conducting personnel evaluations and monitoring the goals and objectives of team members' performance.
  • Encouraging the professional growth and development of team members.
  • Ensuring that core competencies are maintained and that new hires are trained and qualified in both reload processes and startup physics testing.
  • Supporting proposal efforts for Fuels, including coordinating multidisciplinary work scopes with other Framatome business units.
  • Representing Framatome at industry conferences.

This role may require occasional travel. Together, we will facilitate clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet global aspirations for a better future.

Your Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $129,000, which may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses, and benefits. Please note that this salary range serves as a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
