Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at ZoomInfo Technologies LLC. As a key member of our Customer Engagement team, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies to drive customer adoption and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and develop solutions
  • Design and implement customer communication campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and optimize customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and marketing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer experience strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
