Job Title: Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Buyers Edge Platform, LLC. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

About the Role:

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored support
  • Conducting regular meetings and calls to communicate updates, information, and opportunities to clients
  • Serving as the client's primary point of contact within our organization
  • Managing client onboarding, including setting up clients within our system
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services
  • Working closely with our sales team to build and maintain client relationships
  • Managing a portfolio of 30-40 clients, providing regular updates and status reports
  • Market new programs and services to clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and relationship management skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree required
  • Restaurant management experience preferred
  • Efficient, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
