The Clinical Operations Manager works in a fast-paced environment, frequently prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities. The role requires standing, sitting, walking, and finger dexterity, with occasional stooping, bending, and lifting. The manager is exposed to noise, vibrations, and body fluids, and must be able to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Requirements- Current Hawaii State license as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of progressive experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care facility.
- One year of supervisory or leadership experience.
The Endoscopy RN works collaboratively with physicians and anesthesia providers to deliver high-quality patient care during Endoscopic and GI procedures. The role involves monitoring patients during conscious sedation, providing care for patients with a range of diagnoses, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
